I remember I went to High School in Oregon with him. We actually had a class together. This was back in the early 80's. Indeed he was a nice guy and I'm sure he still.
"that appeared to be a one and a half somersault with a one and a half twist" when its a full. Its funny because if it was a one and a half he would of caught the bar and would have done front giants out of it but he caught the same way he let go, the commentator couldnt see something so obvious.
Haha yeah he is my coach 2!:) and ya he does coach at Krafft Academy!:)

did he do it before coleman did?
bionickoolaid 4 years ago
its a gienger with half twist over the bar, and coleman is double back with twist
onewingedengel 4 years ago
its still a double back with a full twist he justs does the twist alittle diffrent.
bionickoolaid 4 years ago
you right but the order of ejecution is what make them a diferent move for the FIG
onewingedengel 4 years ago
its basically a gaylord 2, but with a half twist at the absolute end. a coleman has the twist at the middle of the kovacs. bionickoolaid is right.
