Ok, here's an update, this song by The Firm was realesed in 1994, the beat was used by a british artists early 2001 if i recall right and after by Eminem & the game, so who is the original from?;)

ps. Eminem is the worsed rapper i know, childish music and commercial crap, so by no way even close to this song in terms of quality even though this song was recorded way earlier.
