that is my EXACT point, humans have no control over the climate system and are going to deal with climate change in the way evolution has forced us to deal in the past. to say that climate change isn't a main course disaster is wrong however. The inuit are losing their hunting grounds (sea ice), there are tribes that live on islands near Fiji that are being flooded by sea level rise. Change won't be as obvious as a nuclear winter, but will be just as deadly.

Also, whenever you speak of climate change, please make sure to mention the differences between it and pollution. A lot of people think it's the same thing... I think a lot of things can be done to deal with pollution... Climate change, not so much... Our climate will change at will and we'll either adapt or die out to allow for the next phase in evolution.

Humanity is still a baby in comparison to the great universe... Until we understand each other, I think we deserve to be wiped out.

Do you think climate change is driven by humans? Do you think that we'll still be here on earth in 3000 years? There are things much more dangerous than climate change at the moment, like the possibility of world war 3 being nuclear... Humans have very little to do with climate change, but I'm sure a nuclear winter will have a definite impact on earth... We do have the lucky planet, but we also have infinite stupidity which will bring our destruction... I don't have solutions...
