I have a question. I'm a few months away from becoming a qualified electrician. Would you recommend going on to study electrical engineering? Also what prior-learning would be recognized?
Tell me something Univ Of Melbourne, is any of the stuff learned in EE actually used on site? I mean the calculus used in circuit analysis can be seen as doing a bachelor of mathematics instead of electrical engineering! I have a friend who went on work experience...he said all he did was write reports and monitor the power system...no formulae or solving equations!
@signeduplate Depends what field you get into mate. Usually you wont be designing as much unless something that has not been created. "Lets not invent the wheel" get me?
