This may have been before you joined. The partner program was designed originally to have revenue sharing for everyone. It was starting witht the big guns and then working its way down. That's where we come in, the in or approaching 1000's subs, but not everyone, just select. But it IS designed for all tubers, so it's on its way. Lemonette said so too.
