@GnomiShPowa The Lachesis is basically the new Copperhead. It is made for the same type of overall shape, which lends to "claw" grip. It just has a more smooth and sexy shape and a new laser and some new buttons.

it's good and fast i like the driver very good too but if you dont use a mouse pad you will be killing the mouse feet and it is not a very comptebel mouse i would say the deathadder is a better choice sry foe my english

Do you have a Lachesis? You are right now giving a crappy comparison. In fact, you are almost entirely wrong. Copperhead vs. Lachesis. Lachesis wins entirely, due to the tracking abilites and disadvantages.

I have fairly small hands but the Lachesis doesnt bother me even if it is big. The problem is its shape. My last mouse (a diamond back) was suited to both styles perfectly (at least I thought), which are Palm and finger tip. Lachesis is suited better to finger tip there is no doubt. The real problem for me is that its jumping all over the place even with the latest firmware. It's a shame I frag less with the Lachesis than I did with a Diamondback. So I'm either going for another DB or a Mamba.

I brought home my 4000dpi Lachesis and it DOES suck. It's too light weight, too big, too odd shaped, you can't relax your hand at all you have to hold it "straight out" it's hard to explain...but the G9 is on the way for me. More comfortable, you can add weight (PERFECT for all you GunGame nuts out there!), and more. Logitech FTW.

DAMN IT! You are right man! I had exactly the same problems! Razer-Quality sucks, even if the design is awesome. But quality is important so I bought a G9 after my Lachesis (banshee blue)

Get the Diamondback 3G, mine is in the mail somewhere being shipped to me. That's my first Razer product. go to a search engine and search "esreality mouse testing" for the article on lase mice vs. opticals. The results there were interesting, my g5 was @ the bottom of the list it sucked major, as well it should. I hope my mouse arrives soon, and I begin fragging people with it.

Did you take out the transparent plastic that covers the bottom part of the lachesis? I am experiencing bad tracking with the lachesis on the razer exactmat, even after the firmware update to 1.64

the tracking is awesome. The sticker gotta be removed from under the mouse if you got a lachesis with cursor jumps. I got a Lachesis Banshee and a Mantis control. The tracking = perfect, but i get some cursor jumps from time to time. like once every 2 days.. but I gonna receive from Razer a new pre-flashed/pre-tested phantom white since this one is "broken"

the lachesis is made for a hard surface, but it works really well on a cloth pad too. I got the razer mantis which is like a titan.

I had a copperhead and its my fave mouse and ive had my eye on that Lachesis they are by the looks of it pretty similar but the lachesis more rounded? Do they pretty much feel the same? the copperhead fit my hand awesomely due to its bland shape.
