That has to be a Zildjian Constantinople ride. I have one like it but mine is 20" yours looks like a 22" or something.
I remember you used to play Fibes drums many years ago didn't you? Always had cool duds and hats. Back then I was studying with Alan Dawson. One day I went to his house for my lesson and he was out in the yard with his dog and he had these matching blue-jean style pants jacket and hat and I said hey you look like Alphonze Mouzon. He gave me the weirdest look I've ever seen!
@alphonsemouzon Stephen Davis, in his book "LZ-75, the Lost Chronicles of Led Zeppelin's 1975 American Tour," said that at that time you were "the loudest, hardest-hitting drummer in the jazz world -- bar none." He said the same thing about John Bonham in the rock world, and described a night during which Bonham played along to two of your albums. Bonham obviously admired your work, and so now I'm curious to know if you have an opinion on Bonham's. Thanks in advance for responding. ;-)

I liked Alphonse when he played with McCoy Tyner back in the 70s, he was at his peak.

I know they're pros and got years and years of experience but I just did not find this enjoyable even if it's supposed to be good stuff.
