as you know, call of duty world at war is based on history, Treyarch put this rock (meteorite) to be known as the world disaster of the Tunguska event, it's really cool history, and if you look at the numbers in verruct, it is a date backwards, and is the same date of another meteor that crashed on earth, an was thought to bring back the dead, and that's where the nazi zombies took place I guess. There are other easter eggs in shi no numa too, and they are the word: TUGUSKA, refering to the rock

for all its called Wunderwaffe . its a german word and it means WonderWeapon (Wunder=Wonde in sense of amazing; Waffe=Weapon) that nazi in shi is Richtofen which means judgeoven (Richt(en)=judge, ofen=oven) but i think the name is not based on court but on execution.
