Mark, I love your workouts, man! If I have one encouragement, it would be to find less words to say the same thing. I find myself being very distracted throughout.
I am personally gonna recommend these two videos to all my contacts. Its very inspiring and the performer is humbly doing the best poses without much talking or unlike those girls who display their bodies to get more hits on their youtube video. I would simply say "I salute you", you are indeed the best among most videos I have seen. Regards
