Ever have one of those nights when you can't sleep because you're so stressed about EVERYTHING so you wander off into Internet Land? Which is how I stumbled on to this video!! Thank you so much for posting this video if only because it induced a fit of serious giggles which led to incapacitating peals of laughter. Once I was able to collect myself, I was able to sleep like a baby! Happy Falker Satherhood!

The bakery clerk is SO good natured about it all! I wish we could hire him for OUR bakery! If they HAVEN'T made the shirt yet, I hope they do. The store would then be famous instead of infamous! You KNOW the poor decorator had to be mortified when they realized their mistake. The store should just keep a sense of humor and play along! PS. the man complaining reminds me a bit of the old Richard Dreyfuss!

You can see everybody has been preprogramed to go on the defense when a customer brings this screw-up to their attention. Even though the customer was laughing about it, the manager still didn't react to the situation. I wouldn't be surprised if they got nervous about the video camera and a customer asking for names. I work at a grocery store and it's hard to Interpret the difference between a happy customer and a guy that is angry but using slightly humorous sarcasm. Too bad we can't meet her.

I'd actually love to give the cool guy at the bakery a Falker Satherhood shirt but I'd have to see if he still works there. We took this video about 2 yrs ago and never did return to confront the little old lady. .
