One thing about this game is that you start at 100 beats per minute, but in real life, your bpm is around 60-90 (depending on who you are). If it goes over 120, you have reached Tachycardia (heart beat becomes too rapid) and a Cardiologist is called in. If it goes over 140, it's in Deadly Arrhythmia and the heart would have to be defibrillated to reset the heart beat to reach a normal beat.
In real life they would put a metal bar in the arm and graft the bone onto it with an external metal frame making sure it doesn't fall apart assuming it's not been shattered into mini splinters.
@pebbles1726 i know this is a 3 year old comment but keep in mind that this game is in the distant future so who knows the way they do it in the game might end up being the real way
