Problem: I must have clicked something accidently but I my move, scale and rotate tools dont work properly anymore. The x, y and z axises have turned into straight lines with nothing on them. I've tried resetting but that doesn't work. I can still scale, move or rotate the object, but not with the axis in the viewports. Please help because I'm stuck :(
Hmm.... I thought I watched a video by vvcomphelpvv a while ago but you sounded like you were 8 so at first I didn't click on this one, but now you sound like your 17 or something. Hmm... cool. I hope this is a good series, there aren't really any for 3ds max.
Holy crap it was so weird seeing that you added this series because I take this Games Programming/C++ Class near my community college and I use this program alot! Just thought it was interesting
@SVTFilms It's similar to the whole scientific method, I'm making a hypothesis, however, if they offer a demo... I'll download it, and give it a try, and then get back to you.
What sucks is... I have a 3 year student license for all Autodesk products but, my computer is so old it wont be able to run any of these programs. I can run Inventor and maybe AutoCAD.
What is the differences between 3ds Max and 3ds Max Design?

jamie1051 11 months ago
@jamie1051 On the contrary, 3ds max is quite popular, it's been used for a number of movies, including just recently, 2012.

3ds max has a much better UI than most other 3D software, in my opinion.

@CJCA915
Nope, Cinema 4D has a much more user friendly UI than 3ds Max, 3ds Max is WAY more difficult.
SVTFilms 11 months ago
@SVTFilms I've seen C4D's UI, and I have to disagree.
CJCA915 11 months ago
You have sene it, but you haven't used it, big difference from seeing something and using it -__-
SVTFilms 11 months ago
@SVTFilms Well, looking at something, I can get a pretty good idea of how it will be using it.
