  • PART #4

They were priveliged to know him and learn from his knowledge. My thoughts go out to his family and friends. On behalf of my family and friends I thank you for allowing us to share in Charlie's life as he sacrificed for his country until the day he died. Charlie is the definition of hounor and integrity. He has earned the repsect of a nation. God Bless you Charlie. I hope you are flying around in your Spitfire somewhere in the sunshine.

  • PART #2

He spent countless hours with children trying to teach them about the wars and why they happened. He never discussed the gore and sensational issues of war but always paid tribute to those that lsot thier lives and why they did. He felt his purpose on this earth now was the let all know about the sacrifices our soldiers made and make for us. The soldiers that did not return are our real hero's as they gave all they could give. I will miss Charlie as will my young daughters.

  • PART #1

I'm sad to hear the news of Charlie's passing in a car accident this past weekend (Oct. 19, 08). I was fortunate to spend some time with Charlie in his endless efforts to inform people of Veterans and the issues that they now face and will continue to face as our troops move into our uncertain future. Charlie was as good a man there ever was or ever will be.

  • Thank you for posting this.Very nice tribute to Mr. Fox.

These people have always interesting stories to tell.

BTW,Didn´t know that Rommel was injured in a strafing run, and why the Americans claimed the the `kill`.
