You play bass guitar? Now there's something you have in common with my brother, Ms. Foiles. I imagine you already have a real bass guitar, and this game will be just something fun for you to do with AJ.
I love how all the musicians out there get all high and mighty whenever they hear about a new band type game coming out. I know it won't help those egos guys, but we play this stuff just for shits and giggles. It's a fun little gadget to mess around with when you have friends over and get to drinking, at least at my house anyway. Plus some of us don't have any interest in learning an instrument. We just want to have our fun for an hour or so and be done with it.
I hope this shuts up all the people who are like "Why don't you just play a real instrument?", but I'll stick to Rock Band and Guitar Hero. I've already played a few instruments in the past, and this is for my casual play and amusement, and I think I'm fine with GH and RB.

bass guitar is way easier than 6 string i guitar i play both. 6 string you play fast and need lots of technique bass you usually are playing the same string and fret. plus this girl is perfect for g4tv.
The only reason I think this might suck is because learning how to play a real guitar is pretty hard. In middle school I took a beginner guitar elective, and after 1 hour a day every day for 3 1/2 months, I could still only play pretty basic stuff. Just getting chords down takes a while, learning songs is even harder. If I played guitar hero for that length I would probably kick ass at it. No one wants to play a video game that takes forever to get good at it.
Don't think it will sell as much as ROCK BAND 3 though,Harmonix has the new guitar that's sort of like a real one,THIS ONE on the other hand most likely might only be recommended to pros and people who want to play real guitar.
A real guitar, damn. I'd definitely buy this as a shortcut to buying a regular, expensive guitar, assuming the bundle will go for about as much as guitar hero, maybe more. but that might be a little far-fetched, i mean it's a legit guitar :0
