Hey I've been working out for about a month but I havnt seen any gain in muscle. Should I be eating more protein or what? I don't have the best workout set i got it for $150 off of craigslist but it has about 400 pounds in weights, a bench, and a guided bench press stand with a pulldown bar and shoulder press. I was wondering like what the best workouts are for each muscle group, thanks!

@soulzehh I'm simply following the routine.. Anyway, 6 sets of bis is enough in my opinion. Also, yes, close grip press is almost entirely for tris. I forgot to mention tris in the title. I fixed it.
