  • bro... u def have to give a lesson on that progression u played fr intro

  • MERCI

  • Just downloaded the PDF thanks. I plan to learn this one. Conti rules.

  • Firstemente, everything begins with the type of guitar.

What a style of guitar and musician.

  • The ability to play a bazillion notes is fine, but conveying emotion and feel makes a good guitar player...Robert can do both! Ha Ha.

  • Maniac!

  • other than you look like a mafia don, you're amazing

  • god god god god i dont speak english :(

  • Cool!

  • Wow Mr Conti! Beautiful chord harmonizations!

  • You are simply incredible, my friend.

  • What song is this???

  • not gonna lie I love metal and shredding but as soon as I heard of this guy today I want to start learning a bit of jazz. Its very very relaxing and looks complicated. Always up for a challenge!

  • nice.

  • Robert Conti Rules!

  • I'm an Advanced player, And, Know lots of Jazz players that play guitar, When it comes to Conti, My playing is in a Stand-Still, And, So, Other many So-called Experts.

    Robert Conti Rules! Very Unpretentious!

  • Progression passion illuminescence! Thank you Robert!

  • Nice chords!

  • Is this a lesson or performance?

  • manong ang galing mo...marami akong natutunan..ituloy niyo pa ang pagtuturo....

    great lesson.......

  • I met Robert Conti in the mid-eighties when he was playing a restaurant gig. Robert was spellbinding and totally absorbed in the music. Solo chord melody playing of standards. Just superb. An unforgettable experience.

  • Fascinating.

  • I normally am not fan of jazz, but this guy makes me want to get into it!

  • You should! It is a whole new world.

Take it from a Jazz guitar student, once you get into Jazz seriously, you won't be interested in anything else (exceptions apply of course). Even after you gain a small fraction of knowledge and experience in Jazz, everything else seems so simple and boring. Try and see for yourself.

  • teach me

  • this sounds so nice...i love it :)

  • robert conti looks like a majorcian pool attendant, but his playing kills everything and i like his teaching style

  • @burnsometrashcans - From an American perspective, he looks like a guy who owns a "waste management" company in New Jersey, and whom you wouldn't want to piss off.

  • Exceptional! I would love to get the pdf and learn to play this.

  • May God bless you more because of your generosity! It's really a great help for me here in a thirdworld country who can't afford music lesson... man like you sir is really one in a million!!!

  • Yes, I know it's America ... the best ...

  • Words fail ... this is musicianship extradonaire ... and what a nice tune to share ... Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays ... Kwanza ... whatever it takes ... just enjoy the season ...

    Don ...

  • This is great stuff and very inspirational to all players. I wish that the hordes of youtube shredders who rave on about their "sweep arpeggios" and "string skipping" would listen to stuff like this and realize that their so called metal gods don't handle a candle to Robert.

  • true that my friend

  • true dat :D

  • @bowiemott Let me tell you my humble opinion what you see in youtube is a bunch of kids that play just exercise up and down and they believe that play fast is "amazing" Millions of guitar player make that mistake thinking that someone is going to pay for their concerts to see them playing exercise! BORING! Just a Pro guitar player like Conti will play something that make sense with Taste I agree with your comment 100%

  • @bowiemott Amen! But try to explain that to a Malmsteen-adept......impossible.

  • @bowiemott I AM one of those metal gods and I have been studying Conti for a while now...you are absolutely right! I just keep practicing. Someday,I'm going to get there!

    Archtops forever!

  • very nice :)

  • The high point of 2008 was discovering Bob Conti and chord melody via reharmonization - been looking for this for a loooooong time - Thanks again!

  • Nothing but class! (punctuated)

  • Merry Christmas Robert...

  • Now thats class...the real deal dadio...

  • Excellent! I have been wanting to get more into this style. perhaps i will start with this tune.

    Thanks!

  • Thanks for your generosity in sharing. Best regards to you.

  • woww ! nice, ROBERT IS ROBERT !

  • Nice, I always enjoy your playing Robert.

  • Beautiful as usual. Great stuff Mr. Conti.
