Fumu is Tiff's Japanese name (Tiff is such a dumb name) and, to my knowledge, doesn't mean anything. Though, "fu" in Japanese is like an English "ha". If a Japanese person says "Fufufufu" they're going "hahahaha". So the "fu" in her name could associate with laughter.
