What I want to know is where this was shot? As far as Chappelle, I really don't think he even saw this movie. It isn't that well known, especially today.

I don't enjoy his comedy at all but I think that guy Dave Chappell did a similar sketch where he's a black guy that is head of the KKK.....now I see where he stole it from.

Stole?? Get the fuck outa here . Dave's skit was about a black (blind) kkk member that was set to believe he was white. It was not a mental disorder, and when he found out he was black, his beliefs quickly changed. He did not steal it, most likely he got the idea of the skit from this.
