Hi Nader, I learned some good secrets. Been cooking for Richard (Premier Taxi) for 35 years & just learned how to cut an onion the right way. (LOL). And never knew to roll a lime to get juice. Thanks! The salad looks fantastic & we like the way you prepared the fish sauteed in pan.

Not bad for the first episode, just keep in mind everyone - this is a professional you're watching. He had his own cooking show a few years back in LA.
