  • Awesome machine this will be in use for some time for sure, I realized that the had this in tom clancey's End War

i wish american can make 155MM gun on the M1A1 / M1A2 tanks like this video

  • @bestamerica The Abrams isn't exactly designed to carry a gun of that size, maybe it is possible but it wouldn't necessarily be a good idea. 155mm ammunition is bigger and thus the Abrams would carry fewer rounds and a 155mm round weighs a lot. Several nations have experimented with 140mm tank guns but no country has fielded any tanks with 140mm guns.

  • jimmyn89SWE,

    '

    okay thank explain,,,

the tank company can make it little bigger size of abram tank and more room same as MAUS tank

  • 2:00-2:215 is the best part ever

  • If the US made one of these...collateral damage for everyone..

  • DUDE THATS NINJA

  • Good for shoot n' scoot

  • test it on the islamics who infest your once great country and like everthing they touch they ruin heathen parasites the lowest form of life

  • Vad e det för vitt de laddar?

(What is the white things they load?)

  • @swedishplayer97

    Propellant

  • is it just me that feels a lil paranoid about the driver having that big ass gun facing the back of his head whilst driving?

  • Considering that a artillery battery takes a whole lot of troops to man this system does away with all that and reduces the heavy lifting required and plus being mobile it does not require a sperate truck to move it, not to mention time to pack up the gun.

  • @blueman4444444 that's true, but its just not as fun as watching a 5 man crew scattering around a conventional artillery piece.

  • Sweeden buying weapons is like Saudi Arabia buying snow shovels... they'll never use them.

  • @latinamajor

thats why we sell guns :P

  • @latinamajor isn't that a good thing ?

  • I got to sit in one of these today, its awesome

  • i'ts 4 men opperating the cannon. I CANT WAIT, its gonna be frekin awesome^^

  • 01:51 oh my god.

  • SWEDEN!!!

  • Sweden!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Us Swedes: Cowards when it comes to politics. Letting immigrants use the systems to their gain. But still, we make killer weapons... oooh the irony.

  • @FarbrorKudde amen brother

  • whats the advantage of a separate driver portion and gun portion?

  • @BloodyVampire321

One man operating the whole system.

  • @arronlee33 If the US bult one of these or one like it for the M777 it would be SO deadly :)

  • @flightdeckreviews

    I would think so.

  • @flightdeckreviews your probably right, americans are so good at building things that kill people, what your government should do is cut the defence budget by half and use the money to educate thick americans!!!

  • @arronlee33 1-4 men operating the system.

No men inside the turret = safer, more mobility and speed.

  • @BloodyVampire321 swedish winters are cold -25c

    gun and run

    and so on

  • @BloodyVampire321 if the ammunition gets hit and explodes then the men are further from the explosion and more likely to survive, i presume

  • BAE british and largets defence company in the world

  • @wiganerrmc Lockheed Martin is the largest defense company in the world.

  • @OlderG0ds well no last year it was boeing year before it was bae

  • @OlderG0ds BAE moved up two spots in 2008 to become the largest arms maker, with military sales of $32.4 billion. It was followed by Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing and General Dynamics

  • SWEDEN FTW!

  • yes, the replenishment process seems to be quite complicated and uneasy to handle. Could there be more modular barrel or cannister to be set inside within seconds ? Instead, we see modular charges in boxes of 6 or 8, being unloaded onto a rail, and then taken again one by one into the magazine ! The "crane" for the shells seems quite messy to guide also… we can see much better things in the car industry : can you imagine a pit stop during a Formula 1 race being organised like that ???

  • Rien ne vaut le ceasar français...

Cette machine prend un temps monstre a être réapprovisionné sans parler qu'il faut une équipe avec un camion à coté...

  • @lycurge59 Nothing beats the French ceasar ... This machine takes a monster has time to be replenished without mentioning that it takes a team with a truck

Just translated that, and thats a pretty jealous comment.

  • @lycurge59

  • my archer arillery system, with a length of 14,4 meters a width of 3 meters a height of 3.3 - 3.9 metres and a weight of 30 tonnes, you can go up to 70 km/h on that shit, and its not all, the range is about 60km rate of fire is around 8-9round/min and it only needs 2 guys to shot it, the armament is 155 mm/L52 gun howitzer, and the the gift(The M982 Excalibur) you will not dissapoint your enemy, you wont hurt them a bit.. befor killing them of corse

  • @ZX9Powa That i dont know to be honest, my guess is since we decommissioned the M109's that we had we need something to replace it. To Play with it?? that would be AWESOME!!!!!! :D

  • takes my breath away to watch this, awesome

  • This thing is Under Evaluation with the Canadian Army. hopefully we get it.

  • @GianI ???...to use against who? Or do you just want to play with it? ;-)

  • It only takes eight minutes to load all 21 rounds?

  • @MrWolfybear Possible with 2 men loading the rounds & modular charges.

  • what if there was a sandstorm would that mess up the loader?

  • @statnone Once you fire a round, everything will be cleared off the barrel.

  • @arronlee33 good to know : 125 charges to go :)

  • @arronlee33 wouldnt be good for it, forcing sand up through the rifling

  • @TheJosephagus

In operations, things can be quite messy.

  • @arronlee33 i imagine things would get messy when your dealing with a 6 inch peice of artillery

  • its the future!!!

  • SWEDISH enginering BITCHES!!!!!

  • @TheAluminumCan BRITISH COMPANY

  • @MB0016 lol its still swedish -.-

  • @ErrorCreator well the skill of the engineering will be swedish but they will have access to all of the technologies and resources of BAE

  • @TheAluminumCan swedish engineering, british technology, good combination

  • @TheAluminumCan did u say swedish bitches ??!?!?! if u did we will take the archer at u !

  • badass but very expensive

  • what are the moduals made of?

  • @blakester124 UNIFLEX2 Modular charge system (insensitive)

    • New type of propellant (Fox/IM)

    • Top charge 6.5 modules (25 l chamber)

    • Can be fired down to 1 modules

    • Half modules for more MV steps (12)

  • Nice vid
