I like how every version of the game is different. the Gameboy versions sucks ass, the game gear and sega master system which are identical are decent, SNES is great, and the genesis version is the best side scroller I have played in my life.

No T-800 Model 101s, T-850 Model 101s, T-Xterminators, and T-1000s are playable? NNNNNOOOOOO! I mean I get it with the T-X and the T-850 but NO T-800 Model 101 and T-1000? I haven't seen a Robocop movie so I would only care by the Terminator half but couldn't it be an unlockable or code? I mean why can't John's T-800 Model 101 from T2 be in here to also stop Skynet since John reprogrammed him for when you beat it as Robocop and it would be cool playing for Skynet with a T-1000! That's what I loved about the Genesis compared to the SNES, it was much more violent. The enemies in this version explode in a bloody mess, and the SNES version they kinda just flame away. Same with the MK series, Shadowrun, or pretty much every game the two consoles shared! SNES had smoother graphics, but I preferred the big boy versions

Nice! I haven't played this version in so long. It's good to see Cain Robocop as a boss, but that guy was a total badass and should have been more formidable. The SNES version was good, but it lacked the gore that both franchises require.

But I think the best generation, that I remember in my lifetime was the generation of the Playstation and Nintendo 64.

I have to say this. This game was/is fucking awesome. When I was a kid back in the early 90's me and my brother were amazed by it. It's a shame great games like this will most likely never be released again on new platforms simply because of licensing issues and other legal problems. The only way to play it is to dust off that old Genesis and buy the game off of Ebay or something.
