I don't get why people love this thing so much. It's fake. It will always be just some car in a computer game. All they've created is a giant model. Until they create a proper prototype that they can race around the track and get real-world results from, this means absolutely nothing.

Back in the 80's the BMW F1 turbo engine of 1.5 ltrs had 1400 bhp in qualifying trim. And it was based on a road car 4cylinder block.

Dont forget that this is European technique.. not American. Here not the cm3 is what matter like in the US. A simple 1200cm3(V4) car sometimes have 190+hp easly here. So the 1483 hp with a V6 looks ok to me.

@Atomcitypasi 1,483 hp out of a 3.0l v6 is not very realistic.. first of all you need huge amounts of forced induction, most likely from a turbocharger, and due to stoichiometry, you would also need huge amounts of fuel. nevermind the fact that you would need a alternate fuel to not detonate at such high pressures..

@Atomcitypasi maybe, but it wouldn't be very stable at all, and require huge amouts of cooling, and i also doubt that it would rev up to 15,000 rpm because the pistons are so big.. formula 1 cars with have turboed 1.6l v6's in the 2013 season, and having small pistons and short stroke allows them to rev up to a max of 15,000rpm. now the 3.0 litre has neither small pistons and short stroke, so most likely it would not be stable starting at around 10,000rpm.
