I think when your saving peoples lively hoods excess spending is ok when your helping remove a possibility of recession excess spending is ok we can pay it back when things are looking better.

What I don't think is ok is a surplus seriously a surplus is a government that has taken more Tax then what they need to run the country at that particular time & you should give it back. We could be investing that money rather then have it sit in your coffer. We could be using it to fuel growth & more.
