  • nice:)

  • Nice setup. Working on my 1st crank ghost this year. Will post a vid of my yard this year. You guys did a great job. Good luck with this years haunt:)

  • Its a shame the pneumatics are so loud. It takes away from the display. Otherwise this was a creative and attractive display. Thumbs up for sure.

  • this is sick!!!! and how did u make that werewolf thing at 0:42????

  • Wow this is simply an amazing Halloween display, I have my own haunt that I do every year but no where near what yours is. Keep it up!

  • i must admit you americans do cover your hole front gardens with halloween props looking great well done everybody

  • wow that was amazing

  • Just wanted to say nice work. I do a halloween haunt every year. I like yours alot

  • Very very well done. One of the better displays I've seen. You've got a lot of great props without making the yard look cluttered. One thing I will say is that I think the orange Christmas-style lights clash with your realistic decorations. Overall though, I think it's an A+. GREAT job!

  • Nice job! I been slowly working on my graveyard but I have a long way to go. Little at a time I guess.

  • What a great lot for a display!

  • Excellent video!!!!!!!!!!!

  • its people like you that make halloween awesome

  • 2:40-3:18 ahahahaha rofl geuss it did not whant out after all.

  • Your displays are outstanding...lots of fun.

My yard displays are more bent on scaring the crap out of kids and adults alike so I do not have dozens of displays at once. I also use live actors...my family works for free and it seems to get the job done.

    Good work..keep up the fun...

  • where did you get that opening coffin

  • We made it out of plywood, insulating foam sheets and some pneumatics. Used plans posted on garageofevil . com

  • I thought my display was pretty good, but this is awesome. I too like to build my own displays but I am not at the level of motion stuff. Building a horse drawn hearse this year, less the horses GREAT JOB.

  • @hugehalloweenfan I struggle with motion stuff too. Right now I'm using rotisserie motors for everything, haha! Really basic stuff, like a witch stirring a pot, a giant spider that climbs a web, and a flying crank ghost.

  • incredible stuff :D so inspired to make my own now :D so wished I lived in America I love Halloween! nice job on the hand made things adds a real nice touch to it all! :D

  • I noticed that you have a Hallowindows projection. I was wondering, what type of projector do you have for it? Also, what did you use to set up the window itself?

  • I use an Epson 77c projector; however, I believe much lower end projectors will work. I project onto a cheap white plastic shower curtain which I purchased from Wal Mart. Mark has a lot of information on his blog at hallowindow com

  • @jslanks Thanks! I really wanted to do something great this year, and this will certainly add to it. Most of the projectors I seen were pretty pricy, though. Think I may just try and get something off of Ebay.

  • You are what I aspire to be when I grow up. This is amazing.

  • OMG!!!! That is way cool :)

  • Very impressive and inspiring!

  • wow! usually I dont like them if they aren't that scary but that one was amazing! :D 5*

  • thats the biggest most elbrit yard haunt ive ever seen nice job i love it

  • Nice stuff you got there.

  • Wow! It must have taken you a long time to set up all of this. You made your own fence, right? This is great!

  • Thanks! Setup takes about 4 days and then it's upkeep through Halloween. Yes, we made the fence. We make almost all out props. We work on them all year long.

  • Great Job !!!

  • must be a bitch takin that shit down LOL

  • Wat kind of motor did you use for the carnival type ride at the end of the vid?

  • I used a ceiling fan motor

  • oh well i tried to make one similar but it didnt work out....how did u do the wiring?

  • I didn't do any special wiring. Just took the blades off, turned it upside down and attached the wood to where the blades would normally go. On the electrical side, all i did was take an extension cord, cut off the female end and connect it to the wires of the fan as if I was installing it in a ceiling.

  • Hi I run a haunted house during the october month and i really loved all the cool props you had in your yard. I was wondering how you made the little zombie guy that jumps around and how you made the giant stone coffin. Those are just amazing.

  • Thanks! The Zombie was a group build by the Haunt Club Chicago. It is a very beefed up version of the one designed by Casa Fear. Ours is made out of steel. You can see videos of his on YouTube - search for CasaFear1. The crypt is based on one designed by the Garage of Evil. If you go to the website, look under projects for B.A.P.U. I think there are some videos on YouTube as well. I ran out of time in learning to fully program it. Message me if you would like more info.

  • Great. I love the colors, and the lighting. You've got all the classic props and animatronics, but you your own twists. Great atmosphere, and the perfect time of day. Was this shot on Halloween itself?

  • No, it was shot a couple weeks earlier. Too much was going on Halloween itself and I didn't get a video taken this year.

  • Stuff like this keeps halloween alive every year! ;) Nice work!

  • WOW! You have some of the best decorations ever!!!! I wish you were my neighbor! I really need to get a fence like this. I think it would add to the cemetery look and keep people from walking through the decorations. What video did you use for your optical illusion in the window?

  • Thanks! I projected a video called Hallowindow and it was a big hit. You can search YouTube for other videos of it or see more at Hallowindow . com. Mark does a great job with it.

  • Thanks!!

  • wow, great set up

    looks amazing

    love the skeleton band

    Happy Hauntings!!

  • Wow! My favorite 2009 Yard haunt vid so far. That song the Skeleton Band is rockin out to sounds catchy but I can't make it out.

What's the song? The first song in the beginning not the Blue Oyster Cult song-o-rama at the end which I love too.

  • Wow awesome job.

def looks like you put some time and effort!

    5 stars

  • WOW!!

  • LOVE ALL THE COLORS !!!!

  • Wow, you have such a great yard to do a haunt... and it looks insane! You even through in a bit of "Boney Island" at the end. : )

  • what is the white material?

  • It is called beef netting. It is stretchy and I cut holes into it. It's reusable and I like the look. It can be ordered in quantity from Trenton Mills or can be purchased in smaller quantities on ebay.

  • Great job. So what kind of lights do you have facing the tombstones?

  • They are homemade spotlights made out of PVC tubes, bottle caps and LED's. They take very little electricity. I easily run them off of two Malibu light transformers.

  • Great job! Very nice display.

  • Wow nice! You musta spent a fortune! How do you do the window illusion thing? I like that!

  • Thanks! The cost, while not insignificant, might not be as bad as you think. We made almost all the props over a period of a few years.

The window illusion is a video projected from inside -onto a shower curtain screen hanging in the window.
