i have this phone...its not that great ive had to get 2 in the past 9-10 months it freezes and turns of whenever it wants. and if your on the internet with it it just randomly turns off. and you have to change the calibration all the time! its good the first few months but it gets boring after awhile.

@Mikkaval26 ok here is how you can reset the phone and do some kool things with it just go to the diale pad and put in ##5473784236368 then hit call then it will come up as a code and just put in all zeros ok then you should be able to reset everything and customizesome stuff good luckand subcribe to me and like let you re calabrate it and it lets u do random stuff hopes it helps

I think this is probably one of the better phones on Verizon, Samsung Reality and Rogue look pretty good. I've never been a fan of the Env series, but the new Env touch looks nice. This is a really nice phone and having no physical keyboard lets them have way more features in a much smaller phone. Which would be good if it had a decent touch screen keyboard. So far, the only two touch keyboards I've liked are on the iPhone and Droid. I hate my Motorola Rival and want my contract to expire.
