  • dont you take any fish home?

  • @mikael29computer trout are terrible unless you smoke them - i take home perch ,crappie, walleye

  • im from rochester... i know that spot i think

  • do you make or buy your egg sacks?

  • nice vid, not sure about the whole small stream thing lol

  • i go fishing in streams like that only when the salmon are running and every 20 or 30 minutes i would see a rainbow swimming by, i would put my lure by its face it would just ignore it though, ha ha ha

  • What where you using?

  • @xtimx22 we were using salmon eggs

  • nice fishing man, like your video's. word of advice tho, try not to wear the gloves well holding/touching the fish, it removes the slim and can cause fungus and disease.

ps. when you come to British Columbia , canada, gimme a call , we will get out hit up some steel (y)

  • nice fish are these fish native or stocked where you're fishing

  • @kissmabass rainbows are mainly stocked although there is some natural reproduction - i think the only trout native to our region are brook trout and lake trout

  • you guys near rochester ,newyork

  • @kissmabass we're closer to buffalo

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE im from cuse wht lake is this

  • yup redneck fishing feb 8th or 9th

  • guys gimme ur thumbs and gimme them pointing up ITCANZ BE TEH BEST JOK eva

  • I've seen tons of your videos and it seems you are very good fishermen and love the sport unlike some that keep every fish they catch. But if you want some real good fishinging for big fish to keep rent a charter on one of the great lakes. We go once a year and this year came back with 25 king/chinook salmon 5 lake trout and 2 steelheads. Who knows you might even be able to hit the super slam and get all five...king salmon, coho, steelhead, lake trout and a browntrout. Hope this info helped.

  • This was made on my birthday

  • Oh yes! small stream!?! thats Arizona's river!!

  • That is awsome! I have had a day this year were I hooked 2 steelhead in a creek that size (not telling were) on eggs and a single 4 vision hook (probably should be using gamakatsus) but anyway they all kicked my ass! Its fun to land them in little streams like that! Sorry to be an idiot but what gear are u guys using it looks like bobber and jig.

  • @lolololo897 thanks - we do use marabou jigs a lot but that day we were drifting salmon egg sacks under a float

  • man you whoever is holding the camera, stfu and let the fishermen do his thing, he knows to let go. dont fucking coddle him.

  • Where do you guys fish, you guys catching some pretty nice size rainbow trouts eh? Can you please let me know.

  • @kellbros2 we do most of our fishing in western newyork on erie & ontario tributarys

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE Cool, your location is better than the area i go trout fishing. Eastern Pennsylvania near halifax, stone creek.

  • what did you use?

  • @FishTheNorth on this particular day i was just using salmon egg sacks

  • dude... those things are NICE! our trout streams here in MN only produce maybe 1 or 2 trout like that a year, other then that alot in the 12 to 14 inch range and they get eatin by the china men that over fish every damn stream around here before they can produce any real size

  • Those fish are huge man. Always great video action on this channel.

  • This looks like Cazenovia Creek.

  • where is this at?

  • @uptownboyz100 IN WESTERN NEWYORK

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE Nice! Seems like you guys like to travel quite a bit to fish then (even crossing a few states)?

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE were exactly in newyork

  • @sk8erdude8804 chautauqua county

  • baitbox.blogg.se

  • Geez those are chunky ass trout. You seem to be catching mostly females though

  • @sofleye23 we got a few males but the females were more willing to bite

  • you guys are machines, great respect to the fish! ...man

  • @ONSteelheadJunkie thanks , we try to have respect for the fish and environment but we do keep a few every year

  • nice vid, what u fish with? magets, flies, or something else, u fish with floating bait or something.. asking this because i gonna go to france this summer and wanna kno how i can catch some trouts, dont have a fly fishing rod:s but got some good spinner rods. thx alot!

  • looks nice just got my Cal fishing license some good steel head and salmon fishing up in Humboldt county

  • Awesome video. I live in CA now but grew up fishing in NW PA. Mostly on French Creek where my grandparents still have a summer place right on the water. This video brought back some of my fondest memories.

  • what length rod do you use? cause i have a 7' and was thinking on buying a either a 8'6" or a 9'6"

  • @XooBONES mike uses a 8' 6 and i think mines 10'

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE and were did you get it?

  • @XooBONES gander mountain

  • @XooBONES get a 9'6" is the best length for trout and steelhead unless your in a boat. the hook set is epic with a long rod. and if you float fish its nice with a longer rod cause you can keep most of yhour line off the top of the water so you get a way more natural presentation. and good sensitive tip for drift fishin yarn or corkies or both with a slinkin or pencil lead

  • you call that big trout? Come check my video rookie

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE Of course - You can find them in the village called Ullared that is near by the apartment :)

  • I use a 6'6 rod and got a 15lbs steel head a couple weeks ago so Id hope a 7fter would work lol

  • they are rainbow trout untill they enter a trib and they have to be a certain size, and yea a 7ft rod would work. I use a 6'6 with a Quantum Energy reel lol and got a 15lbs steel head a couple weeks ago in a lake Erie trib on the Canadian side

  • You should try flyfishing, it's fun

  • @CholoFlyfishAK96 i dry fly fished back in the day ,it was fun.

i find the spinning gear to be more versatile fishing different types of water

  • looks like alot of fun have u conciderd using a level wind reel

  • would a 7 foot rod work?

  • @blackangel1156 a longer rod is better for fighting a fish on light line but a 7 ft should work if you have good drag on your reel

  • Very clever. They wore camo so the fish couldnt see them.

  • @flyfish1995 NO - we wore camo so guys like you couldn't see us catching all the fish ,run down wade out in front of us slapping the water with you sink tip line.

  • gód gód

  • why do you guys call them rainbow trout, they are steelhead... isnt their a difference?

  • nice looking stream

  • nice i catch big trut

  • what where u catchin em on

  • @MeCuzImWyte i think we were using mainly egg sacks that day

  • thats what i love about winter steelhead fishing. they might not jump like in the fall and spring but they can fight longer and still be strong at the release

  • were's this at

  • @Effy251 western newyork

  • Nice video's you guys have on here! Have you ever fished the spillway from Quaker lake in Allegany? That's my favorite spot!

  • @Moxietrot fished quaker lake and kinzua but never the spillway before

  • Road Snake, if you want the best smoked fish of your life, come fish in western Washington State, we get salmon coming back down from feeding up in Alaska, 20 pounders easy if you know what you are doing.... Like I said, Western Washington fresh Salmon is the best smoked fish you will ever eat, and is even better when it's not smoked

  • you guys fish the right way. i wish we had more anglers w/ your ethics here in pa

  • nice job guys nice to see the fish being handled properly and released ...

  • i wouldn't consider that a small stream, but still very nice fish.

  • Just where were you fishing? It looks either the grand river or the chagrin.

  • in western ny

  • Where were you guys fishing at? HUGE fish by the way!

  • lake Erie tributary stream in ny

  • NO OFFENSE but as much as catch and release is admirable --- you gotta admit those doggies sure are good eatin. I plan to be up there around Christmas this year. Crossing my fingers that they're runnin!

  • although we release most ,we do keep a few for smoking- they are good

  • I prefer the smaller ones for smoking.

These big bastards are all seeds and twigs. Too harsh on the throat.

  • this was an asome video i love trout fishing it's good to see catch and release. What were u guys using?

  • nice seeing catch and release

  • CTACH & RELEASE

  • i love u guys and i love trout even more

  • i do a good bit of steelbow fishing up in erie. out of all the lame videos i've seen on here about erie steelheading yours is actually pretty nice dude. i'm guessing that was elk, but that bridge in the back of the one scene is throwing me off. tight lines

  • Little creeks are awesome up in erie, dont know if you know of it but me and my dad try to get up there hit Elk Creek for steelies then shoot back to Pymatuning for duck hunting, its always a good weekend.

  • what is your favorite kind of fishing?

  • hard to say but catfishing and fishing the creeks for trout are right at the top

  • yeah i do alot of creek fishing but never strickly catfish fishing..like i caught some here and there. i dont know how to hold a catfish once i land it tho.

  • dang, some huge trout in that stream
