well publicity is a funny thing because it has the potential to make or break a career but the common trend today is that many people are doing a lot of things on purpose to get that media attention-whether it's needed or not-to maintain that spotlight and it doesn't seem to be hurting them. of course there's the inconvenious of being followed around with cameras 24-7 but i believe most of these celebrities enjoy being in the spotlight as often as possible whether they admit it or not.
