Hand-held or hands-free makes no difference. Studies conducted in Perth, Austrailia and at the University of Nevada come to the same conclusion. Engaging in cellular telephone conversations, regardless of how the cell phone is used, is the equivalent to driving under the influence at 0.08 BAC. It's such a comfort on my morning commute, knowing that one in ten people driving our roads use cell phones while driving, and are the equivalent of legally drunk.

*sigh* Nobody realize these days going on your phone while driving can take away your life. Nobody really cares anymore. They are being very selfish, and could be risking everybodies life that are in the vechicle. I will be driving soon, and I will make sure I will not EVER talk on the phone while driving. I have been in three crashes just because of that, and I'm very, very lucky to still be alive.
It's amazing how many people still say that they can handle using their iPhone and drive at the same time. They are only thinking of themselves and don't realize that one little distraction can cause a chain reaction and kill MANY. Quit being so selfish and get OFF the phone!

I believe there are people who can pull off cell phone use while driving. I use to work a job where i had to repair debit machines. and i would be driving everywhere while recieving txts. I wouldnt write a long txt just a short one. and make sure i stay focused on the driving. talking on a cell while driving shouldnt be problem workers who drive everywhere need to do it.

You're an idiot. No offense. Will you be satisfied when you kill someone or yourself or both?
