I fly SEA - SGN or SEA - BKK with 2 or 3 trips per year, but I can't afford to fly on UA flights because its airfare 20-30% higher than Korean flags carrier such as OZ.

I flew United for the first time two months ago from Boston to San Francisco. I had confirmed window seats for both flights. When I printed my boarding pass, I noticed my seats were changed...........to middle. I called and long story short..........they tried to SELL by window seats back to me for an additional $59. This happened not once, but also when I called the second time about it. I WILL NEVER FLY THAT CRAPPY-ASS AIRLINE EVER AGAIN!!!

@metalmelisha101 Hmmm, from my understanding either the Name or the Logo was compromised. So Continental is loosing the name "CONTINENTAL" but is keeping the logo and United is loosing the logo but keeping the name. But hey, a U on the side of an aircraft or some where else wouldnt hurt nobody :)

I've flown United only for 9 years and I've never had a bad flight attendent. Though I'm excited that with the merge, together United and Continental will be recieving 50 787s!!!!

Very nice video. I have always flown United and will continue flying. I have ran into rude flight attendants and employees but I know United is currently under a huge time of change so I will wait it out. Ive had more good than bad flying on United. All I have to say is please keep your identity after the merge. KEEP THE LOGO AND LIVERY. AND MAINTAIN CHANNEL 9 THROUGHOUT FUTURE FLEET PLEASE!

1) Their logo

2)Channel 9 (very interesting to listen to)

3)Their way of doing things. (Except the "throwing luggage around").

If you really want every action count, you might want to hire new flight attendants. When a flight attendent talks about me under their breath, it makes me hate your airline even more. I have only had 3 good flight attendants on your airline. You might want to reconsider who you hire for your airline.
