No, Jessica. What you explained is how to attract men as a WOMAN. Men have to do the exact opposite. By the numbers:
#1: You DON'T tell other girls by body language that you are interested in them. The confidence part is true, but you don't "push it". You'll need to ignore them altogether(despite acknowledging their presence).
#2: You DON'T make eye contact. See #1.
#3: You DON'T start a conversation unless necessary.
