You might like this little story- They used to play this song at a coffee shop in Berkeley called Au Coquelet back in the day. It was the late 80's when smoking was still allowed. My young brother Ty smoked so we'd go there and hang out. We tried to figure this song out- We're no experts in music, but we thought this song transcended any type- jazz?soul?blues? An older guy sitting next to us overheard our conversation and said this music definitely was ahead of it's time!
