So in otherwords we need a new system. New systems don't come from nowhere, we need funds. If you made a fortune in your lifetime then you should be able to remake what you lose. I don't see Bill Gates bitching because he made his fortune. Just the trust fund babies who didn't do a damn thing and expect a silver spoon.
I wish McCain would have gone apeshit on Obama. He doesn't believe in the trickle down theory of economics but rather "evaporative economics" which basically lets the government take money from some people and give it to whomever they feel needs it. This increases the size of government and calls for more government spending, which then in turn raises taxes. Obama's going to fuck us all!
Because I don't need to. You're a silly man for thinking such a thing. The past administration has been just as evaporative but through different means such as making the rich have endless supplies of cuts and breaks while the poor get robbed to oblivion. Obama is just taking the money from the people who have been undeservedly been pampered and giving it back.
If you can make a fortune in a moment then it won't hurt to have some go to people who have had a bad break for far too long.
You don't understand. I really hate to get into political debates, but Obama is planning an entirely separate form of economic structure, one that literally taxes you more, then gives money to people that "deserve" it through extensive government aid programs. There are already non-profit organizations that solve these problems, and if we involve our entire economy in this, businesses will go further into bankruptcy from the superfluous financial demands placed upon them by these laws.
I know that No Child Left Behind is a joke, as well as many of the forms of welfare we have in this country, and the system needs to be reformed because the last two presidents we had were nutjobs. The governement should have seen this coming, since the Clinton administration forced Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to loosen their standards for loan qualification which was a ticking time bomb that just happened to go off during this administration and cause bankruptcy.
About 3 years back, the Republicans from the House of Representatives warned the predominantly democratic House Banking Committee that there would be major economic strife if they kept these loose standards set up during the Clinton administration. The democrats in this committee refused to listen, and then it happened exactly how the Republicans predicted. Afterwards, some idiots tried to pollute the media with bullcrap saying it was Bush's fault, but it was obvious that he was not involved.
Last time I checked I never said anything about that. I said we need a new system because the one where the rich get all the benefits doesn't work. So Obama FTW.
Geez that is a very generic statement. What revolutionary "NEW SYSTEM" are we talking about here? Give me some ammnunition to fire at you. If you say that he's going to tax the rich and give to the poor just like a political Robin Hood, I can simply point out that there will be less investments in the executives' own companies and in the United States, and then most of our manufacturers will be overseas, causing a further economic collapse. Yes, I know most executives are paid too much.
McCain is blaming Obama for ruining "Joe's" privacy and McCain is talking about Joe everywhere he goes to speak.
Joe is a fiction, largely. He's unlicensed, doesn't make enough money to buy any company bigger than a paper route, and owes back taxes. His taxes, it turns out, would be lower under Obama's plan. But he still has to pay them.
Fuck Im so ashamed of lindsay graham now.

Because the system we have right now definitely didn't set us up for this economic clusterfuck...
Ohwait...
Well at least things like No child left behind and the ever so functioning Child support service and welfare are working swimmingly...
DAMN! That one doesn't really work either?
Well we might just have to remake this whole damn thing... Shame Obama is going to ride this sinking ship to the bottom instead of watch it burn.
Ohwait... that's not true either.
