Listen to Simon. What he's saying is she's too good (to simon, not likeable). The object of the show is to have people that seem in some way a total loser, yet they have a talent.

This girl is amazing in every way. Simon realizes she doesn't really fit in on such a show. They had to initially have her with her friend to show anything at all that was initially negative about her, and then shock everyone with a later explosive come back.
