EITHER HE IS HIGH AS FUCK...OR...ITS THE LAST SONG OF THE SET!!! I DONT SWET THAT MUCH UNLESS I SMOKED A FOILEY OR JUST GOT DONE DOIN A SHOW!!!!! BLAME CANADA!! JUST JOKING CANADA...I LOVE YOU
@JewelAngel This song reminds me of Nova Scotia and back home in the maritimes, makes me so patriotic to be able to live in this place of beauty called Canada
Great song, it's just that the audio in this video is really low and the song is cut off at the end. Would love it if someone could re-upload this with better audio and not cut the end off. This is a great song and a great band!
If it wasn't for that pirate DVD copy of Tenacious D which had the TPB Movie on it, I'd of never discovered the Trailer Park Boys, and I wouldn't of discovered the Tragically Hip...And in doing so I've bought the TPB series1-4 box set and the Tragically Hip album!
They opened for Eric Johnson years ago. Never heard of T-Hip before then. Long story short, they blew me away...better than Eric Johnson. Left me wanting more.
There was a music video for Bobcaygeon where the Tragically Hip and Ricky, Bubbles, and Julian from the trailer park boys were all in Sunnyvale and I really enjoyed the video and I think the song is great and very relaxing.
One of my favourite songs of all time! I met Gordon yesterday in Moosonee, Ontario where no one that big EVER comes here. I chatted with him for a good 5 minutes and hes such a real, down to earth guy. It was amazing.
He did a little 4 song set at the local Highschool here. He did a couple of new songs from the Hips upcoming album which was such a treat! & he covered 1979 by the smashing pumpkins and another song i cant recall, but it was such an awesome performance! i was very lucky :)
I'm 18, big fan of Bob Dylan, and my comment was about kapa12's comment on the previous page about how he said Gord played at his highschool, saying he played "1979".
absalutly beautiful singer, older he gets the more defined his voice gets, compared to his younger live this is just amazing.... enouh said proud canadian
Well this holds my favourite lyric of all time - "It was in Bobcaygeon, where I saw the constelations reveal themselves one star at a time." - I've sat in Bobcaygeon watching the sky, and how many skies have I watched where the Universe decided how to expose itself to me, so slowly I couldn't comprehend it, and so quickly I couldn't keep up. Every time I hear the song, I feel it all over again.
they are so awsome!!!!!!!

The greatness of a band should be measured by the fact that they sound as good live as they do in a studio
