  • @fefa111 by now u have prob had your baby so congrats, just a quick comment for maybe next time but you do not need to eat dairy to get calcium, there is more calcium In dark green leafy veg than there is in cows milk, just for future reference, thanks take care

  • NO dairyi, pregnant women need dairy for calcium like chesse, yogurt, milk, so what do u suggest, and how many calories a pregnant woman need. I am 20 week pregnant, thanks.
