@TheJudgingEye actually atheism is not "the default position". atheism didn't even emerge until around the time of the scientific revolution in like the 16/1700s. ever since intelligent humans evolved, there has always been a belief in God(s).

My grandparents are both Chinese, immigrants of 8 yrs, and 2 yrs later they wanted to leave the US because they thought of no reason to stay here with me, my sister or my mom, so they turned to, guess what, a Chinese church. I think it's because they wanted to make more Chinese friends locally and now they're extreme Christians to the point where it's annoying. I'm not necessarily atheist but religiousless and have been to church a lot... meh.
