I don't exactly know what the game's about but from playing it with my freinds a few time, I could tell you that they're in a city that has flooded, and Big Daddy's are giant monsters that are gentic from humans, and onlyattack if you attack them. However in BioShock 2, if you even go near a smaller Big Daddy, also known as a 'Little Sister', any Big Daddy's in the area will charge at you and attempt to kill you...At least...that what my freinds told me...Do more research to find it all out.

No it's an underwater city that was meant to be a paradise in the 1950's somewhere in Mid Antlantic. Big Daddies are humans that wore giant mechanical suits to protect the Little Sisters with their lives. The reason why the place is messed up is becuase of plasmids, which came from sea slugs, Brigid Tenenbaum plant the sea slugs in the Little Sister's belly to keep the cycle of plasmids becuase the host can only be devolped by female children. in bioshock 2 your a combination of rosie (you use guns) and bouncer (you have a drill)

you can also use plasmids.

and your sight isn't restricted like when you're a rosie in the first bioshock.
