Dialga uses Varan's roar, Palkia uses a combination of Boga the varactyl's warbles from "Revenge of the Sith" and Heisei King Ghidorah (in Smash Bros Brawl it's Boga and Godzilla 1954), and Giratina uses Mothra's chirp.
