@bennie628 save the individual layers as their own jpg. files and open them up in Illustrator or MS paint. Both of those programs have a option in the print setting to tile the image over multiple pages. All you need to do then is print and tape em together and you have your oversized stencil. If you don't have those programs I know there are several free online sites that can split up the image for you.
@1danielatrue Photoshop costs around 200 dollars, you can do something like this with a program called Gimp, check it out, other wise I have a portable version of CS4 I could email you and it works great for this.
