Not really from every place. There's only 9 classes: Heavy, Scout, Spy, Pyro, Sniper, Soldier, Medic, Engineer, and Demoman. Engie, Scout, and Soldier are from America and you can't tell where the Pyro is from because she doesn't have a voice.

Btw, you need to get this game for the PC. It's amazing fun. You can play forever and not even get bored.
