My hair gets greasy with no product at all. I can't even begin to imagine the grease that would be running off of my head into my dinner plate if I put deep conditioner in it.

I used to have the same problem, and I have thin hair so it made it even worse.

But, I did some research and expirementing and found a cure (=

Shampoo all of your hair, and massage/scub it into your roots and scalp. Then conditioner only the ends of your hair, or any part of your hair that is about 3 inches away from your scalp.

Brush it smooth when you get out of the shower, and let it dry amost half way without blow drying it. When its almost dry, blowdry the rest and whalahhh(:

its not odd if you listen to the reason im using it. Its a summer tip. like after you get out of the water and want to do something to your hair to go to dinner or something from the beach. you can condition and style at the same time. im not suggesting it as a everyday styling aid.

try putting it on wet hair & then wiping off the excess. Then you have shiny moisturized looking hair but not greasy hair or greasy looking hair. Like the Wen products. As the water evaporates it may take some of the edge off the conditioner & u only used a small amt. I leave cond in my hair all the time to style my curls & it dries well. Check out the Wen products to see some vid on blond hair. :) HTH

Yeah my hair's curly and takes awhile to straighten (but it's quite long- down to my hips) When it's curly, though, I

1.) wash it, and comb it in the shower while the conditioner is in my hair

2.) towel dry

3.) put a little mousse in

4.) spray all over with 'gel spray'- I use Garnier Fructis- gel spray is less stiff and shiny like hairspray. I use a lot of this and then a little hairspray for extra hold

It sounds like it takes awhile when written out, but to do it all is about 5 min

I'm sure he doesn't know that YOUR hair is thin and doesn't do well with a deep leave-in conditioner. This look was probably created for people with dry, damaged hair that need a break from hot-tools and styling. You can always create this look without the conditioner...
