Well basically I used Trapcode Form to create a circle of fire. But the trick is to use Turbulent Displace and place it in the middle of the fire circle. This causes your circle to warp. Put this over your rotating sun and change the blending mode to ADD. voila! hope this helps.

Just put &fmt=18 at the end of the adress box,

It makes the video quality a little better..

thanks! tried to upload a high quality version with no success. can't see the flares and sun in detail plus i got a star field in the background which is not visible in this short vid.
