  • Did he get fined?

  • I didn't want to stay and find out. I saw them pulled over. But I didn't stop to see that. I went on to catch my next train, which was at Archer Rd.

  • have you noticed at 1:14-1:15 there is a Seaboard System railcar, isn't seaboard system not around anymore?

  • CSX Stands for Chessie Seaboard and X is mulitplication meaning much more. Chessie Systems and Seaboard Systems merged together on July 1, 1986, to form CSX. Quite cool really.

  • huh thats neat, i always wondered what CSX stood for.

  • Chessie was combination of B&O and C&O, Western Maryland, and some others I have forgotten. Seaboard included Seaboard Coastline, Seaboard Airline and Lousiville and Nashville and one or two more...

  • @Crossingman18 Chesapeake Southern Railroad

  • i think it was airplane parts

  • Hey Did You See The Flatcars Some Of Them Had 4 Trucks!!!!!!! Hard To Find!!.

To All You Railfans:"Trains 4 Life!!!!."

  • was this the nine mile in or near oswego N.y

  • if you are talking about New York then no. All my videos from now on will be from Pensacola or Cantonment Florida. Maybe in Summer 2009, I might take my chances and drive 3,000+ miles from Florida to Maine and spend 3 weeks there doing pictures and videos.

  • Windmill Parts.

  • its trailer parts for campers

  • what? no. not even close. those are the hubs and generator sections for windmill turbines. I saw a few trains of those earlier last year on their way up to Maine.... The big ones are the actual turbines, the small ones are the section where the blades will be attached to.

  • arent those from GE, generators and stuff?

  • I'TS A HORN OF QGRY OF CANADA LOL

  • I'm gonna correct myself below. Bay Springs, not Bluff Springs.

  • Well, I will say I have been on again off again interested in trains all my life. I do live in Pensacola as well for now. Might I suggest other crossings. I know the railroad on the west side of US 29 doesn't get that much traffic, but there are several old signals along its route that might be interesting to film.

The one on Hwy 99 near Bluff Springs is one I have never seen activated in all the years I have been here.

  • the west side of 29 gets trains maybe once a week. You never know which day they will run on that week so its always a guesser. I am also going to try heading down to downtown Pensacola on the CSX line. There's lots of crossings down that way including a cantilever with the gate attached to the cantilever mast and lots more mechanical bells! Expect them later in the year!

  • Did that idiot go completely around the gate? He was going to, but then stopped short because of limited shortage space on the other side. I'm glad you got his license plate number.

  • WHAT THE NAME OF HORN OF CSX

  • Its either a Leslie S3L or a Leslie RS3L. This unit is a Ex COnrail.

  • Its the S3L.

  • gate arm appears to be installed incorrectly on this side

  • All I know about these items, is that they seem to be coming from what used to be the old White Westing House plant on Scenic Hwy near the I 10 enterance. The CSX line runs along Scenic Hwy,and it branches off at the old plant.

  • Nice horn and great catch!

  • Cool video! That horn was SWEET AS HELL!!!!

  • windmill parts
