I don't quite understand where the "training" of your daughter comes into play. It's good that she's not afraid of dogs, and I realize it's highly unlikely that she was able to reach the dog at the point when people thought she hit it. But when you saw her raise her hand to hit, you should have said "no" instead of laughing. I don't know if this is your dog, but if she thinks it's ok to hit random dogs she sees walking around, she's going to get seriously hurt one day.

Wow, Lame Video! And cruelty to animals is NOT funny. Teaching your kids to hit dogs is a great way to get them bit or worse. As to the Doberman hate. Love dobes. They're only a problem when stupid people train them as attack dogs. (Which, can actually be done with any dog. Not just a doberman.)

my dad nearly died from a doberman when he was 3, he was just patting it and it jump on him and ripped open his scalp and fractured his skull but luckily there was a man next door that kicked the doberman off.

ive had dobermans my whole life, and they can b unpredictable. they r especially worse when they r young, or old. middle aged dogs r a little more relaxed, not afraid of being taken over, and arent young enough to be so hyper to hurt a kid.

Read the comments describing the video. This guy thinks it's great that his daughter "smacked the crap out of a Doberman." Not only is that really unsafe for a child, it's hardly showing "respect and care" to an animal. You shouldn't let kids hit dogs, that is asking for trouble.
