Looks like a tip stall to me - there is a version of this plane available on the Knife Edge Swap forum for RealFlight. If you go try it out it is docile with low rates, but once you flip that switch it will tip stall on you in a heart beat. Awesome plane though!
I had a wreck happen like that a couple of weeks ago but i was trying to harrier it and it would do it but once the wind picked up it stalled it out and down she went from 15 foot up.
Bummer....back to the hanger! lol Looked like a low-speed death tip-stall to me! ....that's whats nice about the foamy, though....it'll be back in no time! :-)

lol I could fix it ;) but then again I don't hardly ever throw anything away unless its been fixed like 4 times.
