@0gunman Iron Man and Wolverine were lackluster, yes, but the X-Men anime that just finished was very good. In comparison, this preview looks no where near as interesting as the previews for the others (which Iron Man and Wolverine admittedly did not live up to).
It will not shy away from the gritty, dark aspects of Blade and at the same time provide a balance of action and drama. The characters will actually be characters, not just random stylized cardboard cutouts with names. Not to mention that since it is an anime there are bound to be funny moments.

You know what I didn't understand. Marvel did this whole story arc involving vampires they even turn Jubilee into a vamp and yet.. they didn't bother to reintroduce BLADE wtf? Marvel being forgetful or do they no longer own the rights to the character?

@darkservantofheaven The Wolverine and Iron man ones sucked. You'd think Madhouse would be able to make a good faithful adaptation,since they make so many anime adaptations of manga in Japan. and why do all of these Marvel animes have to take place in Japan anyway?
I can see why Wolverine and blade would show up in japan, between blade always being on the move constantly hunting the undead, and wolverine spent years in japan before the x men, the trouble is marvel is not fully in charge of the shows. But Ive seen a few episodes of the blade anime, its decent, they follow the comics pretty closely but I havent finished it, but I am But I will stick with the DCUA, DC has not let me down with their animated serries(other than The Batman, that was stupid)

And I'd have to say the worst marvel cartoons I've ever seen are Super Hero Squad show(complete and utter shit),and that awful Iron man cartoon from the 90s(Don't get me wrong,that new one on Nicktoons Network sucks too).
