  • TUT!! Nice

  • awsome, can you make a tutorial please :)

  • PM if you can make me a intro, thanks!

  • wow after i looked away everything was moving

  • Song >.<

  • @nightskyxiii Edited the description with a link.

  • You should make a Tutorial.

  • name of the song? its bad ass

  • My Screen Was Spining After This xD Thumbs Up If You Had That Shit Too :)

  • sorry for annoying you man, but please only answer this one :) in the xmplay, when i separate the different instruments, when i play the song, it wants me to put it somewhere, i selected a folder and done, when i play it again it asks me to put it into a folder again, i did it 10 times and still more putting into folders what does this mean? thanks for your time

  • @lordjay555 It's putting the WAV files into that folder, open the folder up in Windows Explorer and you should see multiple WAV files, each one is one of the instruments from that tune.

  • aha thanks :) one more question, how do you make the light not show on the floor as a bright circle

  • @lordjay555 I honestly don't remember, I made this so long ago. I think it was just an Omni light and I moved it away from the floor until it looked good.

  • @lordjay555 do it wider it will spread across the floor

  • aha thanks :) one more question, how do you make the light not show on the flow as a bright circle?

  • how did you use XMPLAY to split it into 7 parts?!?!?! plz answer!

  • @lordjay555 In the Options > Output area, set your output device to WAV Writer, then at the bottom right is a checkbox "Separate MOD instruments". When you play a tune, it'll split it into multiple WAV files and put them in the Output Directory.

  • @ClanInfectionist I CANT TAKE MIDI FILES TO XMPLAY :::HOW TO DO IT:::PLEASE HELP ME

  • @VincenzoKoestler XMPlay doesn't play midi files, it plays the various forms of MOD files. These can be .mod, .xm, and a few others.

  • @ClanInfectionist and where i get this files`?

  • I freaking love chiptunes!

  • I know how to use sound effector, but how to you allow each one to go so high? Mine barely move anywhere.

    Thanks!

  • brilliant work m8

  • What the song ?

  • @MASSON36 It's called DVT. You can download it from my site: infectionist [dot] com, go to the music page and go to page 4.

  • @ClanInfectionist Ok Thanks and Nice site

  • @MASSON36 Thanks. Feel free to join up on the forums, we've got a lot of cool stuff.

  • @ClanInfectionist Ok ^^

  • This is going to be a noob question. But how were you able to have the camera pan in a circle so smoothly?

  • @FameStudiostv I created a circle spline and added a "align to spline" tag to the camera, setting the circe spline as the spline to align to. I also set a target tag on the camera and set it to a null object in the center of the animation.

  • MARIO FOREVER REMIX!

  • holy crap that was amazing!

  • oh thats the program name haha. great vid :)

  • 4d?....

  • i also made this but how do you get the other strokes way higher then the other ones mines there isnt that much distance between the heights

  • @SwayHD I really wish I could answer, but I made this almost 2 years ago, I honestly don't remember what I did. I probably couldn't go back and make this again if I had to.

  • that was sweet o.O

  • Thank You. I have idea to do flowers with sound Effector

  • lol thats pretty cool

  • how do you get wav files?

  • @WeHaveABlackhawkDown A wav file is just an audio format, like mp3. I used a program called XMPlay and a .mod file, similar to a midi. The program has a tool that lets you export the tracks of the song to individual wav audio files.

  • @ClanInfectionist how did you get xmplay to seperate the instruments?

  • @TheHirstyUK I don't remember the exact setting, but it's on the same page as the setting where you can make it output to wav, I think it's just a checkbox labeled "separate mod instruments".

  • @WeHaveABlackhawkDown Or, just import your .mp3 song into sony vegas and hit render as ".wav"

  • @LieutendantDan

Why would you use an editing software to convert an .mp3? Useless.

  • @Mik3469 Why not?

  • nice

    ive seen better

  • @JukeCinema Good for you. I made it in about 15 minutes. I was going for a test, not a final result.

  • @ClanInfectionist

    i know

  • @JukeCinema Then you probably could have left out the "I've seen better" remark. Just sayin. I'm glad you liked it though.

  • Cool=)

  • Nice Video. Good Work. Visit My Channel For Intros And The Latest Gameplay Videos.

  • love how ur light is in the middle :D

  • Hey is there a tutorial online somewhere I can read up on to do something like this? And can it be used in live performance or just pre-recorded and added into a music-driven animation in C4D?

  • keygen chiptune ftw

  • lower tons on the outside

    higher toward center?

  • Whaddya mean? Each circle is it's own track of the song. There are 7 tracks. The effector affects each track individually. I can't figure out how to get it more uniform from the start of the circle though.

  • Finaly some1 who make shadows xD

  • @PatrickAreJakobsen Glad you like it, but looking back I wish I'd made the shadows a little higher quality. I think I used 250x250, I should have used a higher value. I think it still came out nicely though.

  • epic song^^

  • Indeed. Download it from my site: infectionist[dot]com, click the Music link in the navigation bar, the song is on the 3rd page called DVT.

  • nice mod song..do you know the title?

  • It reports that it's called DVT, but that's all it says.

  • Great! I love it!

  • Didn't this take a super long time to render? Either way, how long did it take?

  • Took about 10 minutes, if that.

  • Hmm... I remember there was something that you made that took a long time to render... Like I want to say it was in the 1-2 day range...

  • You're thinking of my Lavalamp, took 43 hours to render at 1920x1200:

    watch?v=hV2iM-0qxfY

    This.

  • Yep! That's right!

  • if I render I cant get the sound?? to you know what could be the problem? everything looks fine in cinema.

  • The only way to render osund in Cinema is to set a loudspeaker object in the scene somewhere and render to a movie. I always render to TGA images, as an image sequence, then I put it in Sony Vegas and make a video out of it, so I just do that then mix in the sound later.

  • ERSOME!

  • I have a ton more mod tunes, so I plan on making another one that's even better.
