Most people will give a cheesy answer like "My greatest weakness is that I work too hard..." etc, but any person who is able to assess their own strengths and weaknesses accurately will hopefully find people around them who can fill in the gaps of their knowledge/skills...

Its such a BS, asinine question because you can't or shouldn't answer it honestly. It comes out of some damn generic corporate playbook on "how to do" an interview. Look at Ron Paul. I don't support him, but I can see that he too has been shunned by the media. Yet he managed to collect a lot of money for his campaign and get at least a couple of percent support.
