i used this after i over bleached and my hair was stretchy and nasty when wet and after one use for 5 mins with a hot towel wrapped round my head and its already a lot stronger :) it feels a lot more like hair again rather than a frizzy mess so i cant wait to keep using this and see how much more my hair gets better

Hey.... well my hair have been exteremly damaged from extensions and lack of care; i had alot og breakage and really dry hair.. so i came across atteya (THANK GOD 4 HER). so i began using aphogee 2 weeks and my hair has gotten softer and the brakage has stop but im really looking for growth. i was too scared to try it cause i can't be trusted with anything so strong....except a relaxer but i've always had minimal shedding & i just recentaly decided to go natural so i bought both shampoos the deep moisturizer & the one for damaged hair, the conditioner, the essentials oils (which smells soooo good lol) & the keratin & protein reconstructor which is the orange looking spray. My only issue right now is figuring out exactly how i want to use them in a regular routine

i think she means about the chlorine. It makes your hair look and feel very bad if your going to the pool all the time. You should put a deep conditioner in your hair while your in the pool so it can be protected :)

you can use it every week because it takes time for that to work for the simple fact that your hair ca not get or feel instanly heathly all in one wash you have to keep using it in order for heathy hair to get and feel heathly which takes time and over time your hair gets heathly thaaaaaaaaaaaat when you dont have to use it very oftenbut i get what your tryin to say but do what you want

Thanks for watching...I use this a conditioner when I use it...which is every other week...when you do the 2-step protein treatment you definately have to use a moisturizing conditioner after...I believe Aphogee makes one that they suggest you use with the 2-step treatment called balancing moisturizer.
