Awesome! I have been in those yurts in Killarney. Would love to go there during a high solar flare winter night - really eager to the Aurora Borealis.
I'm going hiking in Killarney in Sept on "The Crack" La something something silhouette trail. Have you hiked on it and do you have any advice? I'm an avid camper but have never hiked before.
@fmxrider7 what do you mean its not camping? hes in a tent, in the middle of the woods. whats your definition of camping? unless youre talking about the yurts, in which case you should probably watch the whole video.
She meant that CO2 does not create condensation. It is the H2O (water) that we breath out that causes condensation. The water vapor cools and condenses on the tent surface. This guy was confused when he related CO2 to condensation.
Nice video, i like it very much.

Lately I've been using Therm-a-rest's NeoAir. It works great. I place a thinner mat down below it as well.

@hellokitty2007 creates condensation. Like when you breathe against a window.

I've never even heard of snow fleas. What's the deal with them? Do you have issues with them getting in your tent and causing problems?
Lordoctomonkey 2 years ago
No issues at all for snow fleas. They don't harm anything. You'll see lots of them this time of year around the base of a tree on a warm day.
